摘要
目的 建立测定藿香正气水中苍术素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法 色谱柱为Agilent Extend-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为340 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 苍术素进样量在0.021 67~0.433 097μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.000 0(n=6),平均回收率为97.44%,RSD=0.83%(n=6)。结论 该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于藿香正气水的质量控制。
Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) technique for the content determination of atractylodin in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid. Methods The optimized method was achieved for the separation and detection of the selected constituent on Agilent Extend-C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) using methanol-wather (78:22) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and 340 nm as the detection wavelength. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Atractylodin showed the good linea relationship when the amounts were between 0. 021 67 - 0. 433 097 μg, r = 1. 000 0( n = 6). The average recovery rate was 97.44% , RSD = 0.83% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be applied for the quality control of Huox- iang Zhengqi Liquid.
