高效液相色谱法测定补脑安神片中二苯乙烯苷含量

Determination of the Content of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy- stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Bunao Anshen Tablets by HPLC

目的 建立测定补脑安神片中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法 色谱柱为Lichrom C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（20∶80）,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果 2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.209 2~3.347 2μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为98.89%,RSD=0.76%（n=6）。结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于补脑安神片中制何首乌的质量控制。

Objective To establish an high- performance liquid chromatography method for the content determination of 2,3,5,4＇ -te- trahydroxy-stilbene-2- O- β- D-glueoside in Bunao Anshen Tablets. Methods Separation was achieved on a Lichrom C18 column （250 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm）with acetonitrile-water （20：80） as mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 320 nm;the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship （r =0. 999 9） at the concentration range of 0. 209 2 - 3. 347 2 μg for 2,3,5,4＇-tetrabydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside. The mean recovery was 98.89%with RSD=0.76% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Bunao Anshen Tablets.
