摘要
以职业能力培养为导向的课程教学改革具有重要意义。从职业能力的解读出发,探索课程教学的职业能力培养观,以高职大学英语课程教学为例,探讨该课程在职业能力培养方面的改革思路。研究表明,职业能力具有三个特征:时代性、多元性和系统性,课程的职业能力培养观必须反映时代要求,坚持以人为本的理念循序渐进,才能成功构建各要素间彼此衔接和呼应的职业能力体系。基于职业能力培养的高职大学英语课程教学改革可从以下三个方面入手:重视社会需求分析,明确职业能力培养目标;重视情境创设,激发学习兴趣;重视非语言技能的培养和考核,促进职业能力的均衡发展。
It is of great significance for vocational colleges to reform their courses in teaching and learning in order to facili- tate the development of the students' professional ability.To begin with the understanding of the professional ability, the paper puts forward the view on its cultivation in the courses, particularly, the course of college English in vocational colleges.The study suggests that the professional ability is characterized by three features, that is, particularity of times, multiplicity and systematic- ness.Based on these features, the idea of cultivating professional ability can be formulated as meeting the demand of times, fol- lowing the human-centric principle, and step by step building the structure of professional ability with its major elements con- nected and cooperated.The reform of college English teaching can be conducted in the following aspects, that is, focusing on the research of the social demands, putting the students in the real or related working situation, and emphasizing the development and evaluation of non-language skills.
