摘要
实践教学体系的合理构建是实现卓越工程人才培养目标的关键。基于"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的总体目标要求,介绍了卓越计划对课程体系的基本要求,分析了水利专业传统实践教学体系现状,提出了卓越水利人才培养"基础实践+综合实践+创新实践+社会实践"的4层次递进式实践教学体系,阐述了各层次实践教学的模块组成与环节内容,探讨了卓越水利人才培养实践教学体系的衔接模式,以期实现卓越水利人才的培养目标。
The reasonable construction of practical teaching system is the key to realize the training objective of excellent en- gineering talents.Based on the general goal of ＂the excellent engineer education and training program＂, this paper introduces the basic requirements of the curriculum system, analyzes the current situation of the traditional practical teaching system of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, and puts forward the 4 levels of the practice teaching system, which includs basic prac- tice, integrated practice, innovation practice and social practice.This paper also expounds the composition of the modules and the contents of the practice teaching in different levels, and discusses the connection mode of the practice teaching system, in order to realize the training objective of excellent water conservancy talents cultivation.
