摘要
时间管理与儿童的心理健康、学业成绩关系密切,但我国的传统教育理念对此并不关注。心理学对于时间管理的倾向研究深入,试参考其研究成果将小学生的时间管理能力培养分为时间意识的转换、预估能力的提高、分配和控制,并列举了针对不同的对象、意识与行为齐行、从个人体验出发、充当学生的拐杖、规划的跨度适宜的时间管理能力培养策略。
Time management ability is closely related to children's mental health and academic achievement, but in our country's traditional concept of education is not concerned about it. The research of Psychology about the time management tend- ency is thorough.There is an attempt to refer to the results of time management ability therefore divide the time management abil- ity of children into time consciousness transformation and forecast ability raise, distribution, and control And List five strategies as following: according to different object, consciousness and behavior justification, from personal experience, students crutch, planning the span of the appropriate time management strategies.
