睾丸扭转诊治24例分析

Diagnosis and treatment of 24 cases of testicular torsion

目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平及保留睾丸率。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月-2015年12月5年内诊断睾丸扭转患者的临床诊治资料，提取患者就诊的时间、发病时情况、年龄、预后等进行分析。结果我院5年内共诊治睾丸扭转24例，均为单侧发病，左侧较右侧多见，发病患者中71％为青少年，仅29％患者在24h内就诊，24h内就诊患者保留睾丸率为71．4％，37．5％患者到我院就诊前被误诊为睾丸附睾炎，耽误治疗时机。结论睾丸扭转是青少年睾丸切除的主要原因，基础医院误诊率高和患者主观延误病情是导致丧失睾丸率高的主要原因，加强社区宣传教育及提高基层医生诊治水平是提高该病保留睾丸率的重要措施。

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion and testicular preservation ratio. Methods Patients who were diagnosised testicular torsion in 5 years from January 2011to December 2015,were retro- spectively analyzed the clinical data of visited time,happened situation,age and prognosis.Results There were 24 cases of testicular torsion who had been diagnosised and treated at our hospital in 5 years.All were unilateral and the left side was more common than the fight side.71% of patients were teenagers.Only 29% came to the hospital within 24 hours, and testicular preservation ratio was 71.4%.37.5% of the patients were misdiagnosed as testicular epididymitis before they came to out hospital,and delayed the timing of treatment.Conclusion Testieular torsion is the main reason for young people who lose thire testicle.Patients with low awareness of the disease and misdiagnosed ratio is high in the basic hospital.So enhancing the community education and improving the level of primary care physicians is an impor- tant measure to improving the diagnosis and treatment of disease and orchiopexy ratio.
