康艾注射液联合多西他塞序贯CEF方案化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床研究

Clinical study of Kang′ ai injection combining with CEF in sequence and docetaxel for chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer

目的探讨康艾注射液联合多西他塞序贯CEF方案化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年2月-2015年2月收治的50例乳腺癌术后患者。按照人院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，各25例。观察组给予康艾注射液联合多西他塞序贯CEF方案治疗，对照组仅给予多西他塞序贯CEF方案治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和生活质量情况。结果两组患者治疗总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者生活质量改善有效率为96．00％，明显高于对照组的60．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组药物不良反应发生率为24．00％，明显低于对照组的60．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康艾注射液联合多西他塞序贯CEF方案化疗治疗乳腺癌术后患者的效果显著，能减轻化疗药物的不良反应，减少白细胞降低事件的发生率，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kang＇ai injection combining with chemotherapy on treating breast cancer.Methods From February 2012 to February 2015,50 patients with breast cancer admitted into our hospital were selected,and evenly divided into two groups based on the sequence of admission to hospital.In observation group,Kang＇ ai injection combining with cyelophosphamide-epirubicin- fluorouracil（CEF） in sequence and docetaxel for chemother- apy was provided,while in control group,only CEF in sequence and docetaxel was used.The clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life（QOL） in both groups were compared.Results There was no great difference in total therapeutic effec-tive rate in both groups as well as clinical effect in inter-group comparisons（P〉0.05）.The effective rate of QOL in the observation group was 96.00%,much higher than 60.00% in the control group with statistical differenee（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the incidence of adverse drug reaction （ADR） was 24.00%,greatly lower than 60.00% in the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Condusion Combination of Kang＇ai injection with chemotherapy can obtain a remarkable effect in breast cancer patients after surgeries.It can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs and reduce the leukopenia,which is safe and effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
