心理干预对乳腺肿瘤活检等待期患者心理生理的影响

Psychological and physiological influence of psychological intervention on patients waiting for breast tumor biopsy

目的探讨心理干预对乳腺肿瘤患者活检等待期心理和生理的影响。方法随机选取2013年1月～2015年12月100例在乳腺手术前行乳腺活检的乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象。采取抛掷硬币法将患者分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组在活检等待期给予常规护理，观察组在活检等待期给予常规护理与心理干预。对比两组患者SAS评分、心率及血压变化情况。结果与对照组比较，观察组在活检等待期的SAS评分明显降低（P〈0．05）。与等待开始前比较，观察组患者等待开始后30min的收缩压、舒张压以及心率均未出现明显增高（P〉0．05）．而对照组患者等待开始后30min的收缩压、舒张压以及心率均出现明显增高（P〈0．05）。结论在乳腺肿瘤患者活检等待期给予患者适当的心理干预措施，可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，调节患者的生理反应。

Objective To study the psychological and physiological effects of psychological intervention on breast cancer patients who were waiting for biopsy.Methods Altogether 100 breast cancer patients who underwent pre-surgery breast biopsy in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015,were randomly selected as the object of research and divid- ed into control group and observation group according to the coin toss method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing during their waiting for biopsy,and observation group was treated with routine nursing and psychological intervention during their waiting for biopsy.The SAS scores,heart rate and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The contraction pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were not significantly increased （P〉0.05）,30 rain after their waiting for biopsy,while the obvious increasing was seen in con- trol group 30 min after their waiting for biopsy （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The appropriate psychological intervention mea- sures should be taken in patients with breast cancersduring their waiting for biopsy to effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients and regulate the patient＇s physiological reaction.
