面向岩石取样过程的超声纵扭变幅杆设计

摘要 针对超声岩石取样加工过程需要不同比例纵扭振动输出需求,设计一种具有斜槽结构的纵扭复合阶梯型超声变幅杆。根据超声变幅杆的纵扭复合振动机理,利用有限元法分析确定可产生扭转振动的带斜槽阶梯型变幅杆基本结构,研究斜槽结构参数变化对超声变幅杆输出纵振振幅与扭转振幅比值的影响规律。研究结果表明,在阶梯型变幅杆上合理设定斜槽的位置和结构参数可实现不同比例的纵扭振动输出,满足不同材质超声岩石取样加工需求。 For the requirements of different ratio output with longitudinal and torsional compound vibration during ultrasonic rock sampling process, a kind of compound longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic stepped horn with multiple diagonal slits was designed. According to the principle of compound longitudinal-torsional vibration of ultrasonic horns, the finite element method was used to confirm the basic structure of stepped horn with diagonal slits for generating longitudinal-torsional vibration, and the influence rule was simulated analyzed for the structure parameters variation of the slits about the output specific value of longitudinal and torsional vibration. The research results show that the reasonable setting of position and structure parameters of the diagonal slits on the stepped horn can get different specific value of longitudinal and torsional vibration output, which can satisfy the ultrasonic rock sampling requirements of different rock materials.
