摘要
应用有限元法对某磁电机冲击联轴器进行仿真分析,在CATIA中建立了冲击联轴器的三维实体模型,利用Midas NFX建立了冲击联轴器的有限元模型,并对其进行了线性静态分析,得到了冲击联轴器各组件在工作状态下的强度值和变形情况,为后续的故障分析提供了理论依据。
The finite element method is used for simulation analysis on the impulse coupling of a type of magneto, a three dimensional solid model is established by the software of CATIA. Using the Midas NFX software, a finite element model of the impulse coupling is also established, and the linear static analysis is performed. And then the intensity value and the deformation of the components of the impulse coupling under the working condition were obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent fault analysis.
