摘要
结合民用飞机存储柜的改造需求,提出一种先结构设计后强度校核的设计流程。结构设计方面,在分析舱内布局和可行空间的基础上确定存储柜的造型和尺寸;强度校核方面,提出一种利用有限元的分析结果作为最大应力输入的剩余强度校核方法,并以某型号民用飞机的存储柜为例进行校核,验证了存储柜的设计强度满足要求。
This paper presents a procedure containing structural design and strength checking on the demand of transformation for civil aircraft storage cabinets. In the aspect of structural design, the dimensional parameters of the storage cabinet are determined on the basis of the analysis of the cabin layout and the feasible space. In the aspect of strength checking, a residual strength checking method based on FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is proposed. Using the FEA results as the actual maximum stress input, the residual strength can be calculated. According to the regulations of the limit inertial load on the emergency landing case in the airworthiness clause, a civil aircraft storage cabinet is taken as an example which verifies the design strength of the storage tank to meet the requirements.
