摘要
阐述了LNG的特性及发展前景,分析现有对LNG气化冷能利用方式,结合LCNG加气站实际情况,设计一套LCNG加气站气化冷量用于空调制冷的设计方案。选取用于一级换热工质R404A、二级换热工质50%乙二醇水溶液。并对系统进行模拟计算及分析,得出系统的效率为0.3835.
The paper expounded the characteristics and development prospects of LNG, analysed existing utilization of LNG cold energy, combining with LCNG refueling station actual situation, designed a system of LCNG refueling station gasification cooling capacity for air conditioner refrigeration . This paper selects R404A as first order heat exchange refrigerant, and chooses 50% ethylene glycol aqueous as second order heat exchange refrigerant , By simulating computation and analysing the system , we concluded that the exergy efficiency of system is 0.3835.
