摘要 介绍了一种特殊的零件在立车加工内孔五个偏心圆时,因偏心圆与中心圆圆心相差100~144 mm,也就是说装夹零件时卡盘爪已经夹不到基本圆中心上,因零件的几何形状限制,装夹部位高度只有35 mm,给找正带来很大困难和较大的安全隐患。经过钻心研制,打破了常规的装夹方法,自制副卡盘来装夹零件,找正时挪动副卡盘,即可保证装夹的稳定性,又提高了装夹精度,找正方便快捷。 Introducing a kind of special parts in vertical lathe machining inner hole five eccentric circle, due to the eccentric circle and the center park center have a difference of 100 - 144 mm.
