Construction and Reinforce of Information System in Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences

云南省农业科学院是云南省重要的农业科研机构,开展着农业粮食作物、经济作物、花卉、药材等领域的研究,受到省委省政府的高度重视,为促进云南省农业、农村、农民的发展做出了大的贡献。随着信息技术的深入应用,无论是自身科研手段,还是方法都要跟上信息技术的发展,从信息技术的发展中获得新的机遇;同时在为"三农"服务中也要与时俱进,使用新的信息技术服务好三农。本文主要讨论一个分散型地地理位置的农业科研机构如何构建安全高效经济的信息网络系统,更好地开展对内及对外服务。

Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences is the important agricultural scientific research institution in Yunnan province, engaged in the research of agricultural food crops, economic crops, flowers, medicinal herbs, which is highly valued by Yunnan provincial government, and makes great contributions to the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in Yunnan province. With the extensive application of information technology, the means and methods of scientific research must keep up with the development of information technology, and obtain new opportunities, as well as better serve the agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper mainly discussed how to construct a secure, efficient and economic information system for agricultural scientific research institution in distributed geographical position, so as to provide better internal and external service.
