摘要
新经济及信息时代下,事业单位改革已迫在眉睫,而此时事业单位原有的人力资源管理模式已经不能完全满足新形势对事业单位发展的需求。本文简要介绍了人力资源管理的定义以及重要性,重点研究了事业单位人力资源管理的现状和信息化人力资源管理的发展。
In the new economy and information age, public institution reform has been imminent, and its original human resource management pattern has not completely met the development needs in new situation. This paper briefly introduced the definition of human resource management as well as its importance, and mainly studied the present situation and informatization development of human resource management in public institution.
