摘要
文章设计开发了一种用于建筑电气监控系统的智能网关模块。该模块设计以STC12C5A60S2微控制器为核心,采用基于电力线的L-N现场总线接口电路,支持与监控局域网络的通信;采用USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12和集成Wi-Fi模块HLK-RM04,支持USB和Wi-Fi通信。网关模块能实现下层的监控局域网络通信协议与上层的USB或Wi-Fi通信协议之间的转换,支持监控服务器或智能手机客户端对连接下层现场总线节点模块电气设备的监控。实验与应用测试表明,该文设计的网关模块可靠性和实时性高,可以满足所开发的智能建筑电气监控系统的应用需要。
An intelligent gateway module for building electrical monitoring system is designed based on the microcontroller STC12CSA60S2. In the module,the independent L-N fieldbus interface is designed to support the communication with the lower-layer monitoring LAN, and the USB interface chip PDI- USBD12 and integrated Wi-Fi module HLK-RMO4 are adopted to support the upper-layer USB or Wi- Fi communication. It implements the conversion between the underlying communication protocol and the upper-layer communication protocol. Thus the monitoring server or the mobile client can be sup- ported to control the electrical equipment that is linked to the underlying fieldbus node through I/O interfaces. The results of experimental and application tests show that the designed gateway module is of high reliability and real-time performance, and can meet the application needs for developing the in- dependent building electrical monitoring system.
