摘要
复合型人才培养的评价体系对高校选择培养机制有着指导性作用。文章应用层次分析法在决策模糊问题上定性与定量相结合的优点,采用重要度内积概念来定义直观两元素之间的重要度比值,构建了基于管理体系、环境平台、教学模式、实践应用及培养效果等准则的重要度权重,建立了一种评价高校复合型工程科技人才培养指标体系的模型,并通过构造判断矩阵进行一致性检验以验证模型的准确性,为评价高校复合型人才培养水平提供参考。
Compound talents training evaluation system has a guiding effect on the choice of training mechanism for colleges and universities. Taking the advantages of analytical hierarchy process(AHP) on making policy on vague issues in qualitative and quantitative ways, the concept of the inner product of importance degree is proposed to describe the important degree of ratio between two elements. The importance weight based on management system, environment platform, teaching mode, practice and application and training effect is constructed. The evaluation index system model of the training of compound talents in engineering science and technology is established, and the consistency test is con- ducted by constructing judgement matrix to verify the rationality of the model. The study provides a reference for the evaluation of compound talents training in colleges and universities.
