摘要
运用分割原理对我国不同历史时期城镇住房复杂多样的供应和需求分割因素进行了系统分析,揭示了我国城镇住房供应和需求分割机制以及住房市场运作机制的演变规律,以此为基础提出了改革当前住区规划的相关建议。
This paper systematicatly analyzes the complex segmentation factors of supply and demand of urban housing in different historical periods of China, based on the theory of segmentation. It demonstrates the evolution rule of the segmentation mechanism of urban housing supply and demand and market operation mechanism of urban housing market, on the basis of which, it proposes related reform suggestions on current residential planning.
