摘要
近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加快,环境污染、交通拥堵等问题日益突出。交通污染是城市主要污染源之一,并随着城市化进程的加快持续上升。然而,目前将城市规划管理与交通减排降噪关联起来的研究与实践甚少。本文从城市规划管理的应用需求出发,将城市空间形态塑造、路网规划布局、交通排放(噪声)模拟分析等关联起来,研究面向城市规划管理的交通环境影响分析体系框架和技术流程,并以在深圳太子湾片区详细规划中的应用为例,验证本研究的技术可行性和实际可操作性。
In recent years, along with the rapid urbanization in China, environmental pollution, traffic congestion and other city problems have 1+5 become increasingly serious. Traffic pollution is one of the main sources of urban environmental pollution, and continues to deteriorate along with the acceleration of urbanization. However, there are few studies to connect the urban planning administration with traffic emission and noise reduction at present. From the view of application needs from urban planning administration, this paper studies the framework and technical process of analysis system of the traffic environmental impacts oriented at urban planning administration by connecting the shaping of urban spatial form, the road network layout planning, with the traffic emission (noise) simulation, etc. Moreover, the technical feasibility and practical operability was verified through a case study about the application in Shenzhen Taizi Bay detailed planning. It is expected to provide reference for the further studies in this field.
