摘要
在村镇发展过程中,一些小微制造业企业发展成村镇的支柱产业,并在村镇的用地构成中占较大的比例,这种村镇类型被称为小微制造业村镇。本研究在梳理相关理论的基础上,提出"产、村融合"空间模式,认为产业链的发展是村镇空间发展的重要推动力,"产业链功能聚合度"与"产业功能/非产业功能混合度"是表征产业链发展与村镇空间结合程度的重要空间指标;进而建构基于STING法(空间信息网格法)的研究路线,选取武夷山下梅村和安溪感德镇两个茶加工产业村镇为案例,对案例中这两个指标及其分布进行研究。其结论是,产业链发展程度与村镇功能混合程度关联度高;而上述两个指标的分布除了受到村镇原有空间结构对产业的适应性的影响,也受到村镇主要空间要素如公共空间、基础设施分布的影响。
Small manufacturing village refers to a specific form of urbanization, where some small manufacturing enterprises grow to be fundamental industry in the village's economy, which accounts for large proportion in its land use composition. Based on theoretical research and empirical research on small manufacturing villages that develop through bottom-up growth, this paper brings forward the concept of "industrial-rural integration model", and considers the development of industrial chain is an integral driving force of rural spatial development, and the "industrial chain agglomeration degree" and "industrial and non-industrial mixed-use degree" are the key indicators of the integration degree of industrial chain and rural space. A methodology based on STING (statistic information grid) is set up to analyze two aforementioned indicators and their spatial distribution in two selected cases,namely Xiamei Village of Wuyishan and Gande Town of Anxi. The conclusion of analysis reveals that the completeness of industrial chain has decisive influence on mixed-use degree of space of villages. In the other hand, the distribution of the two atbrementioned indicators is driven by factors such as the adaptability of original space, as well as the distribution of original spatial elements such as public space and infrastructure.
