摘要
村镇聚居空间撤并建构了新的城乡空间秩序,对城乡互动、一体化发展起到了关键作用。以苏锡常城镇密集地区为例,阐明2000年以来该地区村镇撤并的阶段特征,分析在城市化力与自上而下的行政外力交替主导下村镇空间撤并的模式及问题,基于城乡一体化发展理论,揭示村镇撤并核心价值观向人本主义和生态主义转变的需求,提出村镇聚居空间撤并工作的适宜性发展趋势及其组织流程、内容和方法,促进村镇聚居空间撤并的良性循环。
Removing and merging of inhabited space in towns and villages construct a new urban- rural spatial order, and play a key role in urbanrural interaction and integrated development. As an example of town concentrated area, Suzhou- Wuxi-Changzhou Area is taken as an example by this paper to clarify the features of removing and merging in the area since 2000, and it also analyzes the mode and the problem of removing and merging under the leading and alternative role of urbanization and top-down administrative lbrce. Based on the integrated development of urban and rural areas theory, the paper revealed the humanism and ecological changes of the core values of removing and merging, and proposed the suitable trends of its working methods and its organization processes, content and methods, hoping to promote a virtuous circle for the removing and merging of inhabited space in towns and villages.
