摘要 为解决数控曲线带锯机传统导向锯卡链式传动同步性较差导致的曲型锯切不准确问题,对数控曲线带锯机导向锯卡进行改进,换用传动比恒定、工作平稳性好的齿轮传动来实现导向锯卡的摆动,经过SolidWorks软件对其进行三维设计与装配,再利用ADAMS对其进行动态仿真分析后,检验了方案的可行性,为后续物理样机的制作提供了重要的理论依据。 In order to solve the problem, which the saw clamp with guide function curvilinear cutting was not accurate because of poor synchronization of chain drive, This paper has introduced some improvements on numerical woodworking curve band saw to achieve the saw clamp with guide function swing by changing gear drive, and after three dimensional design and assembly by SolidWorks, then using ADAMS simulation software to take the dynamic simulation analysis to guide jaw, The feasibility of the scheme was tested, and It provides an important theoretical basis for the subsequent physical appearance of the machine.
