摘要 为减缓粮食在储藏期间的品质劣变,就国外在粮食安全储藏期评估方面的研究进行了综述,以期为粮食科研工作者在进行粮食安全储藏期研究时提供参考。 Safe grain storage periods in abord was researched to slow deterioration of grain in storage, which can provid information to grian researchers.
