关于提升榆次站作业能力的思考

Reflection on Elevating Operation Capacity of Yuci Station

在阐述榆次站概况及作业量现状的基础上,分析榆次站存在的驼峰作业能力紧张、机车运用效率不高、车辆技术检查能力不足等影响车站作业能力的问题,提出提升榆次站作业能力的建议,即在设施设备方面:增加场间联络线,恢复榆次站西场8道线路,增加新鸣李站到发线;在行车组织方面:调整榆次北机务折返段及榆次西机务折返段机车整备限制,在中鼎物流园区内设置车辆技术检查及其他技术作业人员,中国航油集团公司航油专用线取送车时间固定化,进一步优化鸣李货场特需列车运行及取送车时间。

Through elaborating general situation and operation volume of Yuci Station, this paper analyzes problems affecting operation capacity of the station such as existing capacity constraint of hump operation, low efficiency of locomotive utilization and insufficient technical inspection, and puts forward proposals for elevating operation capacity of Yuci Station including these aspects： increasing contact lines, resuming operation of eight lines at west yard of Yuci Station, and increasing arrival and departure lines of new Mingli Station in terms of infrastructure and facilities; adjusting serving limitation of locomotives at transfer depot for locomotives at Yuci North and West Station, providing technical inspection for vehicles and technical operation personnel within Zhongding Logistic Park, and fixing cars collection and delivery schedule for private line for aviation oil of China Aviation Oil Supply Corporation, and further optimizing operation schedule and cars collection and delivery schedule for special need trains at Mingli freight yard in terms of train operation organization.
