Research on Development Countermeasures for 20 ft and-35-t Open Top Container

在阐述20英尺35 t铁路敞顶集装箱主要技术参数、优点、实践效果的基础上,分析现阶段影响20英尺35 t铁路敞顶集装箱推广的计费方式不够合理、箱体结构形式单一、篷布设计有待改善3类主要限制因素,提出采用实重计费方式、改进箱型结构、改善篷布设计和加快配套机制建设4项对策,以加快20英尺35 t铁路敞顶集装箱的发展。

Based on elaborating the main technical parameters, advantages and application effect of open top container of 20 inch and 35 t, this paper analyzes three major limiting factors for development, which include the unreasonable charging method, simple form of container structure, and the design for canvas that needs to be improved. This paper puts forward these proposals to promote the development of 20 ft and-35-t container including implementing charge-by-weight method, improving the container structure, improving the design of canvas, and speeding the establishment of supporting mechanism.
