摘要
以钦州市六艮江六垠开发利用区、京塘水库开发利用区为例,采用数学模型对水功能区纳污能力进行分析,确定水功能区纳污能力。论述了水质数学模型的建立及参数的选定,为水功能区分阶段限制排污总量、控制方案编制提供依据,并为水资源保护、水污染防治工作提供技术支撑。
Taking the Liuyin Development and Utilization Zone and Jingtang Reservoir Development and Utiliza- tion Zone by Liugen River in Qinzhou City as example, analysis was made by mathematical model to ascertain the environmental capacity of water function area. The author discussed the setting of water quality mathematical model and determination of parameters. The results of analysis will be the basis for drafting the control scheme of limiting total amount of sewage in phases, and can be the technical support for water resources protection and water pollution prevention in water function area.
