摘要
针对瓦村水电站工程水库建设征地及移民安置工作涉及土地、人口、房屋等实物指标量大面广,工作重复繁重的特点,研究开发了瓦村水电站移民实物分解信息管理系统,介绍该系统的研发要点及功能。从应用效果看,该系统能有效地管理、查询和处理实物指标及文档资料,并生成补偿协议及移民手册,大大提高了实物分解的工作效率。
The Rand acquisition and resettlement required for construction of Wacun Hydropower Project involves land, population and houses etc. The real object indexes are characterized by wide range and large volume, requiring repeated and heavy management work. A real object decomposition information management system was developed in view of these problems. An introduction was made on the key developing points and functions of this system. The effects of application demonstrate this system permits effective management, inquiry and processing of real objects and documents, automatic generation of compensation protocol and resettlement manual, which greatly im- prove the efficiency of real object decomposition work.
