Analysis on the Situation and Restriction Factors of the Modern Agricultural Management System in Henan

河南省新型农业经营主体发展迅速,生产经营条件、专业化水平和信息化程度不断提高,但总体水平仍然偏低。农业有效劳动力匮乏、融资渠道受限、财政扶植不足、农村土地流转不畅是主要的制约因素。

The development of new agricultural subject , the conditions of production and operation , the level of specialization and infor-matization in Henan are improving in Henan .But the overall level is still low .The results show that the main restriction factors are lack of effective labor supply , the defective of rural financial system , lack of financial support and poor circulation of land .
