摘要 为弄清微波处理的条件,设置不同温度-时间组合条件,研究微波处理对小麦赤拟谷盗死亡率的影响。结果表明,微波条件对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫致死率有显著影响,而且对幼虫的致死率较成虫显著。在微波参数中,对赤拟谷盗致死率的影响以时间最大,其次是能量密度和能耗。在相同微波处理条件下,幼虫致死率大于成虫致死率。在能量密度为6.67kw/kg,时间为35s处理条件下,赤拟谷盗死亡率达100%,能耗最高为0.0648kw.h/kg,在能量密度为4.44kw/kg,时间为35s处理条件下赤拟谷盗死亡率达100%,能耗为0.0434kw.h/kg。说明采用较低能量密度和稍长时间微波处理,有利于害虫的杀灭,且能耗较低。 In order to clarify the microwave processing conditions of Tribolium castaneum ( Herbst ) , set different temperature time conditions , to study influence of the mortality .The results show that microwave conditions have significant effects on the rate of adult and larvae , and larvae of Tribolium castaneum lethality, adult mortality rate was significant .In the microwave parameters , influence on the death rate of the maximum time to Tribolium casta-neum, followed by energy density and energy consumption .When exposed under the same micro -wave condition , the mortality of the larvae was more than that of the adults .Two combinations, 30 s ×6.67 kw/kg and 35 s ×4.44 kw/kg, could produce 100%mortality, however, their energy-consumptions were 0.0648 kw.h/kg and 0.0434 kw.h/kg, respectively.Therefore, the combination of relatively low micro -wave radiation density and fairly long exposed time could kill this pest with low energy -consumption .Concerning the energy -consumption , the opti-mum combination being available may be 35 s ×4.44 kw/kg.The low energy density and a slightly longer time mi-crowave treatment are used to kill pests , and the energy consumption is low .
