摘要
采用德国AIRSENSE公司PEN3电子鼻嗅觉指纹分析系统对不同产地(中国、牙买加、古巴、危地马拉、菲律宾)的朗姆酒以及四种不同工艺原酒的香气进行了检测,分析电子鼻指纹图谱各特征峰,分别利用主成分分析方法(PCA)和线性判别因子分析法(LDA)建立了识别模型,采用传感器区分贡献率(Loadings)对传感器进行研究,确认各传感器对样品区分的贡献率大小,从而可以考察哪一类气体起了主要区分作用。结果表明:PEN3电子鼻不仅可以很好的区分不同产地的朗姆酒,而且对四种不同工艺的原酒也做出了较好的分类判别。
Using PEN3 electronic nose manufactured by the German AIRSENSE company detected the aroma of rums which produced in different origins(China,Jamaica, Cuba, Guatemala and Philippines)and four kinds of processes.Analyzing electronic Nose fingerprint of each characteristic peaks was established identification model using principal component analysis (PCA)and linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and using loadings analysis confirmed each sensor to distinguish the contribution of the samples,which can examine what kind of gas played a major role in distinguishing.The results showed that PEN3 electronic nose can not only distinguish between rums of different origin,but also made a good classification be- tween four different processes of rum.
