神经内科护理中规范化健康教育分析

Analysis of Standardized Health Education in Nursing in the Department of Neurology

目的分析神经内科护理中规范化健康教育的应用效果。方法研究年度2015年1月—2016年1月,对象为神经内科88例,经抽签分组。44例设对照组,施以常规护理;余44例在该基础上接受规范化健康教育,设研究组。组间比较。结果两组中研究组知识知晓率高,生活质量评分高,护理评分高,且满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理中规范化健康教育实施效果佳,可显著提高患者知识知晓率,护理质量高,应予以推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized health education in nursing in the department of neurology. Methods 88 cases of patients in the department of neurology from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional nursing, the research group adopted standardized health education on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of knowledge, quality of life score, nursing score and satisfactory degree were higher in the research group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of standardized health education in nursing in the department of neurology is better, which can obviously improve the knowledge awareness rate and the nursing quality is high, which should be promoted.
