不同血液检验指标在冠心病检测中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Different Blood Test Indicators in the Detection of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究不同血液检验指标在冠心病检测中的应用价值。方法选取该院2013年4月—2016年3月收治的64例冠心病患者作为研究组,将该院同期行血液检测的64例健康体检者作为对照组。两组研究对象均采用血液检测,检查其心肌肌钙蛋白参数及血小板参数。记录两组肌酸激酶同工酶、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌肌钙蛋白I、心肌肌钙蛋白T、平均血小板体积、血小板分布宽度、血小板计数、血小板压积、红细胞分布宽度。结果研究组肌酸激酶同工酶、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌肌钙蛋白I、心肌肌钙蛋白T水平均高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积、血小板压积、血小板计数水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组红细胞分布宽度高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者予以血液检查,可准确掌握患者心肌肌钙蛋白参数数值,为临床诊断、治疗冠心病提供有效数据支持,而红细胞分布宽度检测诊断患者心肌损伤程度的同时,还可预测其预后,在临床研究中具有重要意义。

Objective To study the application value of different blood test indicators in the detection of coronary heart disease. Methods 64 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the research group, 64 cases of healthy physical examiners undergoing blood test at the same period were selected as the control group, and the cardiac troponin parameters and platelet parameters were examined by blood test, and the creatine kinase isoenzyme, high-sensitivity cardiac troponin-T, cardiac troponin-I, cardiac troponin-T,mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, platelet count, thrombocytocrit and red cell distribution width of the two groups were recorded. Results The creatine kinase isoenzyme, high-sensitivity cardiac troponin-T, cardiac troponin-I, cardiac troponin-T levels in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance, P 0.05, the differences in the mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width,platelet count and thrombocytocrit between the two groups had no statistical significance, P 0.05, the red cell distribution width in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance, P 0.05. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease, blood examination can accurately master the cardiac troponin parameter value of patients and provide effective data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, and red cell distribution width can also predict the prognosis while detecting and diagnosing the myocardium injury degree of patients, which is of important significance in the clinical research.
