摘要 目的了解军队聘用护士的离职原因,分析离职护士的心理体验,从而采取有效的方法 ,减少护理人才的流失。方法运用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对该院30名军队离职护士进行面对面个别深度访谈,访谈资料以笔录和录音的方式记录,转换成文字的形式保存;采用colaizzi7步分析法对访谈内容进行解析。结果军队聘用护士离职原因为高压力高风险的工作性质及护理人员职业幸福感的缺失、职业发展受限、归属感缺失。聘用护士是医疗卫生系统不可缺少的力量,是护理队伍的重要组成部分[1]。该院聘用护士已占到全院护理人员的95%,他们担负着重要的临床护理工作。但由于受多种因素的影响,军队医院聘用人员流失现象逐年递增,在一定程度上影响医疗护理工作的正常开展。为调查聘用护士的离职原因,2013年1月—2014年5月采用了深度访谈法对该院30名离职护士进行了访谈。该研究旨在了解护士的离职原因,分析离职护士的心理体验,从而采取有效的方法,减少护理人才的流失,为部队聘用护理人员管理提供参考。 Objective To know the demission causes of army hospital hires nurses and analyze the mental experience of demission nurses thus adopting effective methods and reducing the loss of nursing talents. Methods 30 army hospital hires nurses in our hospital were given face-to-face individual depth interview by the phenomenon research method in the qualitative research, and interview data were recorded by the writing and record forms and preserved after converted into text,and the interview content was analyzed according to the Colaizzi7 step analysis method. Results The demission causes of army hospital hires nurses is high-pressure and high-risk work nature, loss of occupational happiness sense of nursing personnel, restricted occupational development and loss of belonging sense. Conclusion Hires nurses are the indispensable force in the medical health system and the important component of nursing team, the hires nurses in our hospital has accounted for 95% in all the nursing personnel in our hospital, who shoulder the important clinical nursing work, the loss phenomenon of army hospital hires nurses gradually increases due to the effect of multiple factors, affecting the normal development of medical nursing work to a certain degree. In order to survey the demission causes of hires nurses, 30 cases of demission nurses are interviewed by the depth interview method, the paper is aimed at knowing the demission causes of nurses and analyzing the mental experience of demission nurses thus adopting effective methods, reducing the loss of nursing talents and providing reference for the management of army hospital hires nurses.
