核心能力教学模式在血液净化专科护士培训中的效果观察

Effect Observation on Core Competence Teaching Mode in Training the Blood Purification Nurse Specialists

目的研究血液净化护理专科护士培训的培养模式,探讨核心能力教学模式在专科护士培训中的作用,以提高血液净化护理专科护士培训的质量。方法选取该院2015年1—12月进行血液净化护理专科护士培训的80名学员,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用核心能力教学模式进行培训,对照组采用传统教学模式(讲授法),比较两组学员的培训效果。结果实验组组护士在综合能力方面高于对照组(P<0.05),实践、核心能力、论文答辩等方面得分结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化护理专科护士培训中运用核心能力教学模式能够显著提高血液净化护理专科护士培训的质量。

Objective To research the cultivation mode of training for blood purification nurse specialists, discuss the effect of core competence teaching mode in training the nurse specialists thus improving the training quality of blood purification nurse specialists. Methods 80 students for blood purification nurse specialist training in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group adopted the core competence teaching mode for training, the control group adopted traditional teaching model（ teaching method）, and the training effect of the two groups was compared. Results The comprehensive ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, P0.05, the score results including practice, core competence and thesis defense in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, P0.05. Conclusion The application of core competence teaching mode in training the blood purification nurse specialists can obviously improve the training quality of blood purification nurse specialists.
