妇幼卫生检验由检验前、检验中和检验后3个基本环节组成,生理因素、标本、医护人员、仪器设备和检验结果的分析是影响检验质量的主要因素。要保证检验质量,应做好检验过程的质量控制。服务机构应分析自身影响因素、建立健全制度和引进先进设备。影响因素分析可以制定出适合本单位的标准化操作程序,建立健全制度保证了操作程序的实施和人员素质的提高,引进先进设备简化了相关的操作程序,提高了检验水平,达到提高妇幼卫生检验质量的目的。

Maternity and child hygiene is composed of three basic links before inspection, in inspection and after inspection, the physiological factor, specimen, medical staff, instrument and inspection result are the main influence factors of quality control, in order to ensure the inspection quality, we should do a good job in the quality control in the course of inspection, and the service institutions should analyze their own influence factors, establish and improve the system and introduce the advanced equipment, the analysis of influence factors can work out standardized operation procedures suitable for our unit, establishing and improving the system can ensure the implementation of operation procedure and improvement of personnel quality, and introducing the advanced equipment simplifies the relevant operation procedures, improves the inspection level and reaches the goal of improving the maternity and child hygiene inspection quality.
