网格——一种近年来国际上兴起的重要信息技术,因为其新兴的资源共享模式和开放的基础设施环境给当今社会经济管理"网格化"带来了重要影响。目前,在各个领域均有运用普及网格外管理模式的趋势,在社区护理领域也同样如此。网格化管理模式是社区护理服务模式提出的新模式,其目的大幅度提高社区工作效率和护理服务质量。该文综合各种文献,总结整理了社区护理服务网格化管理模式,介绍了社区护理服务网格化管理模式内容与特点,同时阐述了社区护理服务网格化管理模式流程的具体操作方案,对其产生的作用进行全面分析,同时提出改进举措。

Gridding—an important information technology rising in recent years internationally, the rising resource sharing mode and open infrastructure environment bring an important effect on the present social and economic management gridding, at present, the trend of application and popularity of gridding management mode exists in various fields, so does the community nursing field, the gridding management model is a new model of community nursing service model, which aims to greatly improve the community work efficacy and nursing service quality. The paper summarizes the community nursing service gridding management model, introduces its content and characteristic, elaborates the specific operation plan of its process, comprehensively analyzes its function and at the same time puts forwards the improvement measures based on various literatures.
