摘要
在医院门诊上,由于需要与各种各样的患者接触,由此使得门诊护理工作较为繁杂。护士之间、医生与护士之间对患者病情的信息沟通是一直以来病患处理工作的重点所在,当前,由于各种因素的影响,导致护患之间发生纠纷的几率也有所上升,由此对医院和患者都造成了严重影响。SBAR沟通模式是一种先进的护理沟通方法,对于解决门诊护理工作中的沟通纠纷具有重要意义。该文通过理性分析,科学设计对照实验,应用SBAR沟通模式完善护理沟通工作,取得了显著性的工作进展。
In hospital outpatient, the outpatient nursing work is complex due to the contacts with various patients and the information communication of disease condition between nurses and doctors and nurses is always the key point of processing work of disease patients. Currently, the dispute rate between the doctors and patients increases due to the effects of various factors, which imposes a serious effect on hospitals and patients. As an advanced nursing communication method, the SBAR communication model is of important significance to solve the communication dispute in outpatient nursing work. The paper scientifically designs the contrast experiment by the rational analysis and improves the nursing communication work by the application of SBAR communication model and makes obvious work process.
