Application Study on Quality Control Circle in the Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Management

近几年来,微创手术已经被广泛应用于妇科手术中,腹腔镜手术作为微创手术的一种,受到高度关注。腹腔镜手术管理质量,与手术质量有着密切联系。因此,需要在手术中,加强腹腔手术管理。"品管圈"活动遵循以人为本理念,能够调动员工参与管理活动的积极性,对于医院工作质量的提升具有重要意义。现就妇科腹腔镜手术管理中应用品管圈展开综述。

In recent years, minimal invasive surgery has been widely applied to the gynecological surgery, and the gynecological surgery, as one of the minimal invasive surgeries, draws highly attention. The laparoscopic surgery management quality is closely related to the surgery quality, therefore, the laparoscopic surgery management needs to be enhanced in operation. Quality control circle activity follows the humanistic idea and can motivate the enthusiasm of staff to participant in the management activity, and it is of important significance to the improvement of hospital work quality. The paper summarizes the application of quality control circle in the gynecological laparoscopic surgery management.
