护理质量控制责任制对消毒供应中心腔镜器械供应质量的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Quality Control Responsibility System on the Laparoscopic Apparatus Supply Quality in the Sterilization and Supply Center

目的分析护理质量控制责任制对消毒供应中心腔镜器械供应质量的影响。方法选取该院消毒供应中心2013年1月—2014年1月的135件腔镜器械作为对照组,实施常规消毒模式,选取该院消毒供应中心2014年3月—2015年3月的135件腔镜器械作为观察组,实施护理质量控制责任制模式,比较两组腔镜器械供应质量。结果观察组腔镜器械感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组包装、洗涤、无菌物品发放合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无菌物品及时供应、无菌器械质量、服务态度、有效沟通满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量控制责任制明显改善腔镜器械的供应质量,提高科室人员满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing quality control responsibility system on the laparoscopic apparatus supply quality in the sterilization and supply center. Methods 135 laparoscopic apparatuses in the sterilization and supply center of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the control group, and implemented routine disinfection mode, 135 laparoscopic apparatuses in the sterilization and supply center of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group, and implemented nursing quality control responsibility mode, and the laparoscopic apparatus supply quality was compared between the two groups. Results The infection rate of laparoscopic apparatus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05, the qualified rates of package, washing and aseptic material distribution in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05, the timely supply of aseptic materials,aseptic apparatus quality, service attitude and effective communication satisfactory degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The nursing quality control responsibility system can obviously improve the supply quality of laparoscopic apparatuses and improve the satisfactory degree of office staff.
