目的评价某市传染病疫情报告质量。方法对抽查的疾病预防控制机构和医疗进行传染病疫情报告质量分析。结果全市传染病网络直报质量综合率为99.96%,传染病及时报告率为99.93%,及时审核率为99.89%,无重卡,传染病诊疗机构正常运行率为100%。结论该市传染病疫情报告系统运转正常,管理质量良好,疫情漏报率较低,能真实反映传染病发病水平。

Objective To evaluate the report quality of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in some city. Methods The report quality of epidemic situation of infectious diseases of institution of disease prevention and control and medical was analyzed. Results The comprehensive rate of network direct reporting quality of infectious diseases in the whole city was99.96%, the timely report rate of infectious diseases was 99.93%, and the timely auditing rate was 99.89%, there was no heavy truck, and the normal operation rate of diagnosis and treatment institution of infectious diseases was 100%. Conclusion The report system operation of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in some city is normal with good management quality and lower missing report rate of epidemic situations, which can truly reflect the level of infectious diseases.
