健康教育在肺结核患者中的应用价值体现

Application Value Reflection of Health Education in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的对肺结核患者开展一系列健康教育,提高患者生活质量。方法收集该所2013年1月—2015年1月的344例结核患者,通过宣传栏、文字图片宣传等方式,讲解和宣传结核病的基础知识,在治疗期对患者多进行教育和指导。结果 344例肺结核患者经过健康教育后对结核病有了全面的了解,经定期随访和复查显示,患者咳嗽、呼吸困难等症状较健康教育前均有明显改善,病情的严重程度也较健康教育前有所减轻。结论对肺结核患者实行健康教育,能够有效提高患者遵医行为,积极配合治疗,树立治愈信心,使患者在最佳的身心状态下维护自身的健康,提高肺结核患者的生活质量。

Objective To improve the patient＇s quality of life by carrying out a series of health education for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 344 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our institution from January 2013 to January 2015 were collected, the basic knowledge of tuberculosis was explained and publicized by the propaganda column and word picture, and the patients were educated and guided during treatment. Results After health education, 344 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had a comprehensive command of tuberculosis, and the regular follow-up and reexamination revealed that the symptoms such as cough and dyspnea were obviously improved compared with those before health education, and the severity of disease condition was also relieved compared with that before health education. Conclusion The implementation of health education for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients and make them actively cooperate with the treatment, build cure confidence and maintain their own health at the best physical and mental state thus improving the quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
