血清Hcy与C反应蛋白检测在心血管类疾病中的诊治及预后应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析C反应蛋白与血清Hcy检测在心血管类疾病中的诊治及预后应用价值。方法选取该院2014年1月—2016年3月的心血管类疾病患者63例作为观察组,选取同期进行健康体检的志愿者65例作为对照组,统计两组受试者血清Hcy与C反应蛋白指标,并分析其对心血管类疾病的诊断、并发症的发生及预后警报时间的应用价值。结果观察组血清Hcy与C反应蛋白指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Hcy与C反应蛋白联合检测对心脑血管类疾病的诊断率高于单独检测血清Hcy、C反应蛋白,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清Hcy与C反应蛋白联合检测对心血管类疾病并发症及预后的警报时间短于单独检测血清Hcy、C反应蛋白,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy与C反应蛋白指标可作为诊断心血管类疾病的指标,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment and prognosis application value of serum Hcy and C reactive protein detection in the cardiovascular diseases. Methods 63 cases of patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group, 65 cases of volunteers undergoing healthy physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the serum Hcy and C reactive protein index of the two groups were counted, and the application values of diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, occurrence of complications and prognosis warning time were analyzed. Results The serum Hcy and C reactive protein index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the differences were obvious, P〈0.05, the diagnosis rate of serum Hcy and C reactive protein detection for cardiovascular diseases was higher than the single serum Hcy and C reactive protein detection, and the difference was obvious, P〈0.05, the complications and prognosis warning time of serum Hcy and C reactive protein in detecting cardiovascular diseases were shorter than the single serum Hcy and C reactive protein detection, and the difference was obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion Serum Hcy and C reactive protein index can be used as the indexes in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, which is worth promotion and application.
