提升妇产医院放射科实习生带教效果的有效途径探析

妇产医院各项检查、治疗工作都必须切实到位,保证不产生差错。在新的形势下,为了满足影像与临床医学专业实习生对于实习的需求,需要针在对医学影像与临床医学这两个专业的本科生进行科学的实习带教,并严格执行教学计划和目标教学。放射线科床医学专业的本科实习生,应当达到正确的书写出放射科的申请单、通过X线来诊断多发病、及常见病和针对各类疾病选择与之适合的影像学检查方法等目标。在该类实习生的教学中,要求其书写出符合规范的放射科申请单、阅读教学片,并事先搜集有着各种不同影像学齐全资料的病例;放射线科医学影像专业本科实习带教中,应当按照对医学影像诊断中所用的分析方法能很好的掌握,可书写出符合要求的医学影像诊断报告等教学目标。要求该类实习生正确书写MRI诊断报告、X线诊断报与CT诊断报告,仔细阅读科室所准备的各个不同系统的教学片,要求实习生按时科室组织的有关新理论、新技术说明会。

The various examinations and treatment work in the hospital for gynaecology and obstetrics must be implemented well to ensure no errors. In the new situation, in order to meet the demands of interns majoring in imaging and clinical medicine, we should implement scientific practice teaching for undergraduates majoring medical imaging and clinical medicine, and strictly carry out the teaching plan and target teaching, the undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine in the radiology department should reach the goals of accurately writing the application form in the radiology department, diagnosis of frequently-occurring disease and common disease and choose imaging examination methods fit in with various diseases. In the teaching for various interns, writing the application form in the radiology department conforming to the specifications and reading and teaching film is required, and the cases with complete imaging data were collected in advance, in the undergraduate practice teaching in the medical imaging major in the radiology department, we should have a good command of the analytic methods in the medical imaging diagnosis and write the medical imaging diagnostic report conforming to the requirement. We require that the interns accurately write the MRI diagnostic report and X ray diagnostic report and CT diagnostic report, carefully read the teaching films of different systems prepared by the reading department and participant in the explanation session about new theory and new technology organized by the department on time.
