目标案例教学在护理实训教学中的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 目的该文就目标案例教学在护理实训教学中的效果进行分析与探究。方法选择该院自2014年6月—2015年7月实习护生150名作为研究对象,其后依据随机数字表法将其平均分为参照组和研究组,每组护生75名。研究组(n=75)护生在实训教学中采用目标案例教学,参照组(n=75)护生在实训教学中采用常规教学,最后对比两组护生的考核成绩以及对教学方法的满意度。结果经不同方法教学后,研究组护生的考核成绩明显高于参照组,且护理满意度同参照组相比较也明显较高,组间比较后差异具有显著性。结论在护理实训教学中应用目标案例教学,其效果理想,同时可以使护生的考核成绩得到明显提高,具有较高的实践价值。 Objective To analyze and study the effect of target case teaching in the nursing practical teaching. Methods150 cases of practice nursing students in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the research group adopted the target case teaching in the practical teaching, the control group adopted the routine teaching, and the examination scores and satisfactory degrees of teaching methods of the two groups were compared. Results After teaching, the examination score in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree was obviously improved compared with that in the control group, and the differences between groups were obvious by comparison. Conclusion The effect of target case teaching is ideal in the nursing practical teaching, which obviously improves the examination score of nurse students,and it is of higher practical value.
