摘要
目的分析与研究在儿童医院门诊护理管理过程中采取分组管理后,所取得的效果。方法将所有门诊护士划成5个组,对其工作进行合理安排、全面评价、及不断改进。结果分组前后,门诊患者的护理合格率分别为85.4%和93.6%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.112,P<0.05)。此外,分组后,对门诊护理人员的专科理论、基础知识和专科技能等专科评价分别为(93.01±4.63)分、(91.66±3.97)分、(96.03±1.26)分,明显高于分组前,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示经由采取分组管理的方法,使得门诊护理工作的满意率大幅提高,并极大的改善了门诊护理服务的质量。结论儿童医院通过实施门诊分组管理,不仅规范了护理人员的语言与行为,及增强了服务能力,而且还在患者心目中树立了良好的医院服务形象。
Objective To analyze and research the effect of grouping management in the course of outpatient nursing management in the children's hospital. Methods All outpatient nurses were divided into five groups, and their work were rationally arranged, comprehensively evaluated and constantly improved. Results There was an obvious difference in the nursing qualified rate of outpatients before and after grouping with statistical significance.( 85.4% vs 93.6%),(χ2=5.112, P〈0.05), in addition, the specific evaluations of special theory, basic knowledge and specific skill of outpatient nursing personnel after grouping were respectively(93.01±4.63),(91.66±3.97) and(96.03±1.26), which were obviously higher than those before grouping, and there were obvious differences between groups by comparison with statistical significance, P〈0.05, which showed that the grouping management method could greatly improve the satisfactory rate of nursing work and improve the quality of outpatient nursing service. Conclusion The implementation of outpatient grouping management in the children's hospital can not only standardize the language and behavior of nursing personnel, enhance the service ability but also establish a good hospital service image in the patient's mind.
