血液净化护理中存在的安全风险和管理

Safety Risk and Management Existing in the Blood Purification Nursing

目的分析探讨血液净化护理中存在的安全风险和管理措施。方法基于该院2013年5月—2014年5月期间收治的50例血液净化患者的临床资料,对血液净化患者在临床护理过程中出现的安全风险因素进行分析,并探讨对应的管理措施。结果血液净化患者的临床护理过程中,存在的安全管理隐患有:护理体制不健全、护理工作人员自身素质问题以及护患沟通障碍等。所对应的管理措施有:完善管理制度、开展法律法规教育、提升护理工作人员的综合素质以及建立良好的护患关系等。在对血液净化护理中存在的安全风险进行科学管理的情况下,安全事故发生的次数及比例明显下降。结论血液净化护理存在许多安全管理问题,严重影响着血液净化患者的临床治疗效果,甚至危及患者的生命安全,针对安全问题,进行科学、合理的安全管理,且加大患者生命安全的保障力度,能够有效的提升护理疗效,缓解护患矛盾。

Objective To analyze and discuss the safety risk and management measures in the blood purification nursing.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with blood purification admitted and treated in our hospital from May2013 to May 2014 were selected, the safety risk factors of patients with blood purification occurring in the course of clinical nursing were retrospectively analyzed, and the corresponding management measures were discussed. Results In the clinical nursing of patients with blood purification, the hidden management dangers included the imperfect nursing system, quality of nursing staff and communication disorder between nurses and patients, and the corresponding management measures included the improved management system, carrying out law and regulations education, improving the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and establishing a good nurse-patient relationship, after the scientific management, the occurrence frequency of safety accidents obviously decreased compared with that before the scientific management. Conclusion There are many safety management issues in the blood purification nursing, seriously affecting the clinical treatment effect of patients with blood purification, even threatening the life safety of patients, we should give scientific and rational safety management for safety issues and increase the security force of life safety of patients, which can effectively improve the nursing curative effect and relieve the contradiction between nurses and patients.
