摘要
目的探讨6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中的临床效果。方法于2014年2月—2015年2月对该院神经外科采用传统的管理方法,于2015年3月—2016年3月在该院神经外科采用6S管理方法。分析对比6S管理方法前后护理质量评分以及患者的护理满意度评分。结果开展6S管理方法之前,护理质量以及患者满意度评分分别为(6.8±1.4)分和(6.2±1.3)分;开展6S管理方法之后,护理质量以及患者满意度评分分别为(8.0±1.2)分和(8.3±1.0)分。开展6S管理方法前后护理质量、满意度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6S管理方法应用在神经外科管理中具有极高的应用价值,提高了护理质量,增加了护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of 6S management method in the management of the department of neurosurgery. Methods The department of neurosurgery of our hospital was given traditional management method from February2014 to February 2015, and was given 6S management method from March 2015 to March 2016, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory score before and after the 6S management method were analyzed and compared. Results There were obvious differences in the nursing quality and satisfactory degree scores of patients before and after carrying out6 S management method with statistical significance, [(6.8±1.4) marks,(6.2±1.3) marks vs(8.0±1.2) marks,(8.3±1.0) marks].Conclusion The application value of 6S management method in the management in the department of neurosurgery is extremely high, which farthest improves the nursing quality and enhance the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion.
