摘要
首先,分析了电线电缆在高温挂重试验后的失效形式和失效原因;其次,介绍了电线电缆高温挂重试验平台的搭建方法;然后,通过试验比对,确定了高温箱的选择方法、不影响试验结果的芯棒的粗糙度和去挂重的时间;最后,总结了高温挂重试验的试验规范,对于今后线缆高温挂重试验的开展具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
Firstly, the failure modes and failure causes of wire and cable after high temperature hanging weight test are analyzed. Secondly, the construction method of high temperature hanging weight test platform of wire and cable is introduced. Thirdly, through test comparison, the selection method of high temperature box, the roughness of mandrel which doesn't affect the test results and the time of hanging weight are determined. Finally, the specifications of high temperature hanging weight test are summarized, which has a certain reference and guiding significance for the development of high temperature hanging weight test of wire and cable.
