摘要 随着军用电子装备变得越来越复杂,装备的电磁兼容问题也变得越来越突出。因此,在开展总体方案的设计和论证时,研制单位均将设备的电磁兼容性问题作为共性设计的要求而对其开展分析和设计,希望通过这一系列的设计措施来保证装备的电磁兼容性。然而,在装备的研制过程中,设计措施的效果会受各个环节制造工艺的影响。结合多年的装备质量管理经验,通过实际的案例对制造工艺对装备的电磁兼容性的影响进行了探讨,并且提出了一些解决措施。 As the military electronic equipments become more and more complex, the electro- magnetic compatibility of the equipments becomes more and more outstanding. Therefore, in carry- ing out the design and demonstration of overall programs, the development unit will analysis and de- sign the electromagnetic compatibility issues as the requirement of common design and hope to en- sure the electromagnetic compatibility of equipment through a series of design measures. However, in the process of equipment development, the effect of the design measures will be affected by the manufacturing process of each link. So, combining with years of experience in the quality manage- ment of equipment, the effect of manufacturing process on electromagnetic compatibility of e- quipment is discussed through some actual cases, and some solutions are put forward.
