摘要
依据功能性油脂的不同来源,对不同种类的功能性油脂的品种及其营养特性等领域的研究新进展进行了分类论述,以期为功能性油脂的开发利用提供依据。
New progresses in the varieties and nutritional characteristics of functional oils were introduced according to their different sources, in order to provide references for the exploitation and utilization of functional oils.
